Team DJB Instructors took on a new project at the beginning of 2017, working with Ocean Youth Connexions and Society Links in delivering Taekwondo sessions for the local residents aged 8-19 years old in Tower Hamlets.
So far, the class has achieved one grading with 100% pass rate as well as the momentous occasion of the first of the senior students from this class achieving their first degree black belt.
As the start of the academic year kicks in, the instructors have started preparation for the next grading for the Autumn Term with 12 new students and 18 returning students.
